Efficient Management and Application of Human Resources Based on Genetic Ant Colony Algorithm

With the increasing demand of human resources, cost staffing and management is increasing, it difficult to dynamically allocate adjust personnel among different parts. It key intelligent technology realize efficient application mining in resource management. In aspect allocation management, this paper puts forward based on genetic ant colony algorithm. Firstly, describes process parameter algorithm manages under two algorithms. Secondly, several current test functions are applied efficiency algorithm, which has obvious advantages convergence efficiency. Finally, uses configuration resources for comprehensive applies system uploading downloading services resumes, respectively. The data matching, slightly better than case relatively few early stage, accuracy later stage. ACO-GA more consistent with actual value, not only ensures stability but also prediction, line needs.
